PVC Nitrile Class 'O' is a synthetic rubber which is mainly used for applications where excellent resistance towards oil, fuel and acid is required. PVC Nitrile  is a very reliable material which is commonly used within the automotive and construction industry. It is an ideal candidate for the production of seals, oil handling hose parts and air conditioning units.

PVC Nitrile has a Euroclass B-s3 fire rating and meets test methods BS 476 Part 6/7. It can withstand temperatures up to 108°c and is notoriously known for its sound and thermal resistance.

PVC Nitrile is available in sheets, continuous roll form, gaskets and strips. It can also be manufactured to a range of different sizes and thicknesses, to discuss your requirements or place an order - contact us today!
